The people you'll actually deal with when you call Ocala Garage Door Works: who answers, who comes out, who does the work, and who handles the paperwork.
The phone team
Every call is answered around the clock. An automated assistant takes your name, number and what the door is doing, and a person calls you back — within minutes for a door that won't open or close, within the hour otherwise.
The technician
The person who comes out, finds the real fault, prices it before touching anything, and fixes it on the spot when the truck has the part. Ask why a spring pair instead of one, or whether the opener is worth repairing; you'll get a straight answer.
The installer
For a new door or a hurricane-rated upgrade: measures the opening, confirms the wind-load rating the permit needs, orders the door, pulls the permit, installs it with the struts and brackets the rating requires, and leaves the label and paperwork with you.
The office
Files City of Ocala and Marion County permits, keeps the certificate of insurance and competency card current, registers manufacturer warranties, and schedules around the weather.
Who performs the work
Ocala Garage Door Works is locally operated in Ocala, FL. The garage door repair work itself is performed by independent, insured local garage door technicians we work with — not by the operator of this website — and we tell you who is coming before anyone is scheduled.
