What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you have them handy, what the door is doing (a bang, a hum, crooked, nothing), whether it's a single or double door, the opener brand, a photo of the door from inside the garage, and the name of your community or gate will help us send the right parts on the first trip.
What happens next
We set a time for a technician, the same day for a door that won't open or close. They disconnect the opener, lift the door by hand, check the springs, cables, rollers, tracks, opener and sensors, and tell you the price before any work starts. For a new door or opener, you get a written estimate good for 30 days with the permit and the wind rating on their own lines.
