Book a technician or get a free estimate
Same-day repair visits, and free written estimates on new doors and openers. Call (352) 644-9251 or send the form — we answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How the estimate works
1. Tell us about the job. Tell us what the door is doing — a bang and now it won't lift, crooked on one side, the opener hums, a car stuck inside — and whether it's a single or double door. A photo helps but isn't required.
2. We come out. A technician comes out, the same day for a door that won't open. They check the springs, cables, rollers, tracks, opener and safety sensors, balance the door, and tell you what it actually needs.
3. You get a written price. For a repair, you get the price before any work starts, parts and labor itemized, and most repairs are finished in the same visit. For a new door or opener you get a free written estimate good for 30 days, with the permit and the wind-load rating on their own lines.
What's in the price
An estimate from us is itemized so you can compare it line by line: the diagnosis, the springs or cables or opener parts by name and cycle rating, labor, the door balance and safety-reverse test, disposal of the old parts or door, the permit and Florida Product Approval for a new door, and the workmanship warranty in writing. If something isn't on the sheet, it isn't a surprise later.
No obligation
The estimate is free and you are free to get a second one. We'd rather you compare and choose us than feel pushed. The written price is good for 30 days; if you approve it, we schedule the work and no deposit is due before then.
Car stuck in the garage, or the door stuck open? Say emergency when you call and we send the next available technician — don't try to lift the door or touch the springs while you wait.
